I'm so grateful to Simon for incredible service. I requested urgent assistance with my elderly father's faulty boiler on a Saturday lunchtime. Within two hours Simon had appeared, diagnosed the problem, fixed it temporarily and reassured my father, planned the required repair and looked into a bathroom plumbing issue too!

We first met him when we lived in Faversham and he installed a new boiler for us when we bought our house there in 2006. Brilliant service, always delivered with a smile, very trustworthy, a really lovely guy who knows his plumbing stuff and then some! Fast forward to our move to Ramsgate in 2019 and, after the very old boiler failed last year, we got in touch with Simon and he recommended and installed a new boiler for us again. And he's just completed the first service on the new boiler and all is working fabulously of course. Brilliant, brilliant guy. No job is too big or two small. In fact, Simon will be back to sort out our postage stamp of a shower room for a much needed update. Thank you Simon, please don't retire any day soon as I will get itchy feet again and will need you for the next (hopefully final) move.
Service, advice and professionalism are all excellent. We are still working on this project and we are in very safe hands.
